Our beliefs
The doctrine
The Holy bible (66 books) is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. We believe as stated in 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”. Our congregation fully believes, is based in and practices the core fundamental doctrines.
1. Belief in “God’s Existence”
The core Christian belief is based on the existence of God and Perth Pentecostal Assembly believes in the existence of the Almighty God. Psalms 14:1 “The fool says in his heart, There is no God”.
2. Belief in “Triune Nature of God”
Mathew 28:19 “ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit & John 10:30 “ I and the Father are one”
3. Belief in “Human Sinfulness”
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”
4. Belief in Jesus' “ True Identity”
John 14:16 “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”
5. Belief in “Jesus’s Divinity”
Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved”
6. Belief in “Jesus’ Humanity”
John 1:14 “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth”
7. Belief in “The Evidence of Baptism in the Holy Ghost”
Acts 2:2-4 “Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them”
8. Belief in “The Resurrection of Jesus”
Mathew 28:6 “He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay”
9. Belief in “The Millennial Reign of Jesus
Revelation 20:2-3 “Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the Abyss, holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, the ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
10. Belief in “Eternal States”
Rev 21:1 “We according to His promise look for new heavens and new earth were in dwelt righteousness”.
11. Belief in “The Lake of Fire”
Rev 19:20 – “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone”.
The vision
Reach the lost
Mark 16:15 says to into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.
Guide Them
Acts 20:28 says to care for the flock of God.
Train Them
Ephesians 4:12 says that church leaders are to “equip the saints for the work of the ministry”.
Make Them Perfect in Christ
Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.
To Be Fruitful for the Kingdom
John 15:4 “I am the vine, you the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit;
Give Glory to God
“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of our Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17)”.
Help Them Prepare for Second Coming of Christ Jesus
Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” – Be a witness of Christ and through reach and influence the world with word of God and transform the souls to the marvelous light “Jesus Christ”.
